Our founder Deana has worked in fast-growth tech businesses since the late 90s, most recently as a Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Today she works solo, coaching a portfolio of executive clients 1:1, facilitating Roundtables and Circles, and leading The Activators.

She lives in London with her 2 naughty rescue dogs and her equally naughty family.
